Hi, we are The Sizzling Kitchen (Die Brutzelnde Kuche) husband & wife team based in Lincolnshire. Having served in the Military for 24 years and spending approximately 16 years living in Germany we got the taste for German Food. We like to support events attended by personnel who may have served time in Germany and who love the German food we provide, as well as helping to raise money towards worthwhile causes. We have travelled to different towns and cities across England and Scotland and have an excellent reputation in providing good quality traditional hot German food with a friendly service.

Our menu lists consists of: Bratwurst, Bockwurst, Frikadellen, Kase Krauker, Nuremberg Ring, Vegan Bockwurst, Currywurst,Gluhwein, German Style Frites, Dutch Frite Speciales, Sauerkraut, Hela Ketchups German Mayonnaise & Remoulade Senf Soft Drinks. We hold a 5 Star Food Hygiene Rating and we registered with North Kesteven District Council in Lincolnshire and NMTF and we have all relevant insurances and have lots of experience on Continental and Christmas Markets throughout the UK.

We have and still attend major events such as Lincoln Christmas Markets, Bury St Edmunds Christmas Markets, Royal International Air Tattoo, Medieval Markets, Carnivals, Food Festivals, Firework Evenings, BMW Corporate Events, Oktoberfests, Festivals and various Military Events for UK and USAF personnel. Our purpose built new German Imbiss trailer is 5 metres in length by 3 metres wide. All staff are uniformed and carry relevant food handling certificates. We also hold an excellent record with Environmental Health throughout England & Scotland.
