The team at Big Local Works is thrilled to organise another round of Young Traders Markets events at The Blue Market to take part in the National Market Traders Federation (NMTF) Young Trader of The Year 2025 competition.

What is Young Traders Market?

National Traders Market Federation has been running The Young Traders Market competition in partnerships with local markets across the UK for many years and this is our second year since we partnered with NMTF to offer stalls to traders who want to compete.

The aim of our Young Traders Market events is to empower young entrepreneurs aged 16-30 by providing them with a platform to showcase their talents and goods to a wider audience.

How does it work?

Register to take part in our Young Traders Market events
Participants will get a free pitch, gazebo and 6ft table at The Blue Market
Traders will be judged on the day by a panel of local stakeholders on their products, customer service skills, professionalism, and how they interacted with the other market traders.
Each event will have one winner who will progress to the regional final taking place in London in the summer of 2025 (Venue and date to be announced).
