Description:
A uniquely British event which provides a fabulous day out for all ages, now a well-established date in the local calendar having run for nearly 30 years.
Organised by a dedicated team of local volunteers to raise money for local and national good causes, the day includes the fabulous World Egg Throwing Championships, which attracts entries from far and wide and often makes the local news!
The event features over 400 vintage and classic vehicles including tractors, cars, stationary engines, motorbikes and other machines. It also offers a fun dog show, craft tent, bar (with real ales) and live music throughout the afternoon.
We're looking for a varied array of outdoor traders to add to our regular attendees (sorry, no food or ice-cream vendors as we're covered on this) From clothing to crazy creations, if you're interested in having a pitch, we'd love to hear from you. Pitches available on a percentage of takings or a fixed fee per metre frontage. Please email to request a booking form.
