Description:

We are thrilled to bring the Pride in Luton festival back, bigger and better than ever this year. Your support is invaluable in making this happen and with an anticipated attendence of over 7000 we hope it will be invaluable to you too.

What is Pride In Luton 2025 all about?

Our goal is to create a friendly, safe, accessible, educational and fun festival that the entire community can enjoy.

This year, we are taking extra steps to reduce our environmental impact and encourage all stall holders to join us in this effort by minimizing single-use plastics and where possible use of fuel generators.

What changes are being made this year?

Based on lessons from previous events, we have updated our stall placements, trading permits, and pricing to meet local council requirements and increase footfall.

A Key Change for 2025

All street stall holders must hold an Occasional Trader License from Luton Council. To simplify this process, the license fee will now be included in your stall payment, saving you time and effort.

We recognize that this additional cost may affect affordability, particularly for small businesses and artists. With this in mind, we have worked hard to keep prices as low as possible.

Street Stalls

These stalls are expected to be busy, with great footfall, but they are outdoors and exposed to the elements.

Location: Guildford Street, LU1 2PA What3Words - tribune.shots.claim

Access: Via Bute Street. Stalls must be set up by 12:30 PM and taken down no earlier than 6.30 PM. No vehicle access will be possible between 12.00 and 8.30pm on the festival site.

Stallholders must provide their own tables, gazebos including weights, and any necessary equipment. Failure to comply might mean refusal to set up on the day.

Stall Pricing (Includes £50 Council License Fee)

Arts/Crafts: £100

Cold Food Stall: £160

Hot Food Stall/Ice Cream Vans: £225

Trucks: £350

Much more info can be found on the website, along with a short application form.
