We are delighted to invite you to be part of our highly awaited annual Summer Fair on Sunday 6th July 2025! The day will run from 11am until 4pm and, it will be a ticketed event. Our previous summer fairs have been highly successful, and we are looking forward to enhancing that success this year!
This year we are donating a portion of our proceeds to Helen and Douglas House Charity. This charity helps local families cope with the challenges of looking after terminally ill babies or children who will die prematurely. Once again, we have some wonderful entertainers wowing visitors as they browse your craft stalls and the other entertainment on site suitable for all ages. Stalls will be spread across the upper half of our lawn as well as a number of you being inside in our Library, Garden Room and Marquee. On the lower lawn we will have our usual entertainment arena alongside a range of other amusements for families to enjoy whilst spending the day with us!
Pitch fees are £40 for a single and £70 for a double for the day, which we ask to be paid no later than 2 weeks after we send you a confrimation email. As mentioned above, we will have stalls outside as well as inside the Abbey, if you have a preference of either, please state this on your application form and we will try our best to fulfil requests but cannot promise that you will be where requested. If you are a stallholder and interested in showcasing in our Summer Fair this year, please email and I will attach you the application form. We look forward to hearing from you.
