Exciting News! We are going bigger! We are in the process of booking WGH in Worcester City Centre. There is space for indoor 24 sellers (Approx 6ft Trestle table provided), 5 therapy spaces, 5 reader spaces and 4 spaces for outdoor traders (outdoors must have own gazebos and tables approx space 3m by 3m for outdoors). This is our first event at this venue and they have their own set up style so it will be pending on the day if we can fit extra room so for now we are just stating the indoor spaces as approx 6ft trestle table which is provided.
The event will be Saturday 20th September 2025. 9.30- 4pm (public 10.30am - 3pm). This will be a trial event - the cost will be all indoor spaces £60 and the outdoor spaces £65. This is to cover the essential costs to make this event happen. Free tea & coffee will be available to stall holders only. Unfortunately there is no free parking and it is a drop off point only but there is a near by car park. If this tester day is successful we will then be running 3/4 a year, yearly here, once indoor participants have booked in at £60.00; and then future events this will go down to £55.00 for the returning traders but for the first time at this venue will be £60 for the indoors spaces.

What would be good at this event is anything themed towards Wellbeing, Holistic, Spiritual, Beauty, Crafts and Products, local charitable or small businesses who want to spread awareness of what they offer Worcester people. (Already have 2x crystal stalls and 2x crystal jewellery so something different to that as don't like to double on traders). The main hall will be traders and awareness stands and the holistic beauty and spiritual taster treatments element will be in a side room.
