Join Us at Our Biggest Annual Spring Fair Yet!
This year, our Spring Fair is even more exciting as we are teaming up with the Sustainability Fair! This means a strong focus on repurposing, recycling, reusing, and using sustainable and natural materials.
In addition to this, the fair will feature:
- Our popular plant sales
- A fantastic food arena
- Outstanding entertainment for all ages
We would love it if you could create a short video about your stall or business, highlighting how you are local, sustainable, and unique. We have a dedicated volunteer, managing social media posts to promote the event and your business, helping to reach a broader audience.
To book a stall, please get in touch via email:
Perks for Stallholders:
- Access to a dedicated refreshment tent for tea and coffee, with no need to queue
- Exposure to an estimated 600–800 visitors
- Promotion across our website, social media platforms, and via leaflet drops to local residents
Key Information for Stallholders:
- Public liability insurance with a minimum cover of £5 million is required. Proof must be provided at the time of booking.
- Booking fee: £50, payable via BACS (details will be included in the booking form). £40 early bird offer until 28th February 2025.
- To avoid duplicate stalls, we will ask for details of what you will be selling/offering on the day.
Set-Up and Health & Safety:
- The park is open for set-up from 8:00 AM.
- All cars and vehicles must be removed from the stall area by 9:30 AM for safety reasons.
- There will be a dedicated parking area for stall holders.
This event attracts local residents, park enthusiasts, plant and garden lovers, families, and those who enjoy outdoor activities in nature.
