At Harvington Guides we have been busy planning the celebrations for the 50th anniversary of the unit. For our main celebration, we are planning a family fun day. We hope this will be an enjoyable day for many community members and a great way to mark 50 years of guiding in Harvington. The day will include games, stalls, activities, workshops, performances, and more. We are also very pleased that our event will be part of the Harvington Festival Programme, which promises to increase our footfall further!

We are keen to have local stallholders join us for the day. The event is planned for Sunday 22 June 2025 and will be held in Harvington (WR11). The exact venue is still to be confirmed but it will be outdoors. Stallholders will need to provide their own shelter, table, chairs and any other equipment they may require. We do also have a small amount of space for stalls in our marquee. For these stalls, tables and shelter will be provided. Unfortunately, we cannot provide power or wifi connection. 

The event will run from 11am-3pm; set up/down will be open from 9:30am-4:30pm. Outdoor stallholder space will be up to 3mx3m; for stalls in the marquee, this will be an approx 6ft table. 

Stalls cost just £26 for the day. Spaces are limited so please enquire as soon as possible. 

We are also looking to local organisations/groups/businesses to provide workshops or activities for the event. This can be rolling or in 30-60 minute workshop slots. This is a great opportunity to advertise your organisation/group/business.
