Description:
The Multicultural Festival has been held for many years in the town centre. We have moved this popular music and dance event to the bandstand on the Leas to allow the public ample space to sit in comfort and enjoy the entertainment and food.
Much of Saturday is devoted to the Filipino Jamboree and then other entertainment including the Mampapa steel band. On Sunday planned music includes the Concords, the Tequila Band and the Jammin Dodgers also the Annual Dog Show with Punch & Judy and Food, Craft & Gift stalls and a Fun Fair.
We welcome applications for space from vintage, retro, art, craft, gift and artisan food retailers and also market traders.
