Cilcain Show is increasingly popular and spaces for Trade Stands are usually sold out well before the event so please contact us as soon as possible to if interested.
A very small number of indoor stall spaces are available located on the main field and for 2024 a limited number of stall spaces are also available on the Church Grounds however these are allocated on a first come first serve basis given their premium spots located next to the very popular Mountain Race entry stand and Teddy Bear Parachute event.
Bookings are taken from the beginning of the year and stalls must be paid for by the end of June.
We try to avoid duplication of products being sold, but some overlap may occur, particularly with handicraft stalls.
Cilcain Show has gradually changed and grown over the years however the spirit of the old Society remains. Traditional competitions bring together the community in joint endeavour, enjoyment and interest. The show attracts over 3,000 visitors and raises funds for the church and the local community.
