Ashfield Plant & Garden Fair, Sutton-in-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire on Sunday, 18th May 2025, The event will take place between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
This event is a great opportunity for floral crafters, local businesses, growers and suppliers to promote their products and services to the Ashfield community.
Please note: This event is for plant and garden related products only.
The event will take place at Market North Car Park in Sutton-in-Ashfield town centre. NG17 1BW
Ashfield Council will only be providing floor space for this event. You are welcome to bring your own pop-up stalls, display equipment, merchandising vehicles and catering trailers. Stall pitches will be allocated in 3m x 3m spaces. Please indicate on the application form the dimensions of the space you need (e.g., 3m x 3m, 3m x 6m, 6m X 6m etc.).
£19.50 per 3mtr x 3mtr Space
£39.00 per 6mtr x 3mtr Space etc..
Stall fee waivers will be available for registered charities and community groups offering informational or advisory services only. Stall fees will apply to all stalls engaged in fundraising, sales, raffles, etc.
How to Apply:
To register your interest and reserve your space, please complete and return an application form as soon as possible. The application form also provides the opportunity to apply to become a regular trader at our weekly markets in Hucknall, Sutton-in-Ashfield, and Kirkby-in-Ashfield (space permitting).
